Custom pricing for every corporate learning engagement, with clear terms and secure online payments.


1. How our pricing works

LX Edge is a B2B, project-based platform for corporate learning and offsites. We do not sell fixed products or "per seat" packages like a typical e-commerce website.

Every engagement is custom-scoped and priced individually based on your requirements, including:

  • Location and type of facility
  • Group size and event duration
  • Nature of the program (strategy offsite, leadership workshop, capability-building program, etc.)
  • Design of the learning experience and facilitation
  • Add-ons such as F&B, AV/tech, stationery, and special experiences

Because of this, we do not publish a standard rate card or "one size fits all" pricing.

Instead, we provide a detailed proposal and commercial terms for your approval before you are asked to make any payment.


2. Typical investment range

While each engagement is customised, we understand that finance and procurement teams often need a ballpark.

As an indication, most corporate L&D and offsite engagements we support fall in the range of:

₹50,000 – ₹4,00,000+ per event

The exact investment depends on:

  • City and neighbourhood
  • Choice of facility and layout
  • Number of participants
  • Duration (half-day, full-day, multi-day)
  • Level of program customisation and facilitation depth
  • Inclusions such as meals, snacks, AV, tech, stationery, and other services

For larger, multi-day, multi-cohort programs, the investment may be higher than this range.

For smaller or pilot engagements, the investment may be lower.

Your final pricing is always:

  • Shared with you in writing in the form of a proposal / work order, and
  • Approved by you before any invoice or payment link is raised.

3. What's included in your proposal

Every LX Edge proposal typically specifies:

  • Scope of the engagement (objectives, audience, format)
  • Facility details (location, capacity, layout, inclusions)
  • Program outline or session plan (where applicable)
  • Dates and times
  • Commercials:
    • Professional fees
    • Facility and logistics charges
    • Applicable taxes (such as GST)
    • Payment schedule and due dates
  • Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms (linked to our standard Refunds & Cancellations Policy or any separately agreed terms)

This ensures you have full visibility before you approve and pay.


4. Payment methods we accept

Payments to LX Edge are processed securely through our payment gateway partner Razorpay or via bank transfer, as specified in your invoice or proposal.

Through Razorpay, we currently accept:

  • Indian debit and credit cards
  • International debit and credit cards – including, where supported:
    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express (Amex)
    • Other card networks enabled by Razorpay
  • Net-banking
  • UPI
  • Other digital payment methods enabled by Razorpay from time to time

You will see the available options on the Razorpay-hosted payment page or link corresponding to your invoice.

Note: All online card payments are processed directly by Razorpay and the respective banks/card networks. LX Edge does not store your full card details on its own servers.


5. Currency, invoices & taxes

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, all prices and invoices are issued in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes (such as GST) are charged extra, as required under Indian law.

For clients paying using international cards or from non-INR accounts:

  • The amount is charged in INR.
  • Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion rates and fees, which are outside LX Edge's control.
  • The final amount you see in your home currency may differ from any internal estimates due to exchange rate movements and bank charges.

We issue tax invoices for all payments received, which can be used for your accounting and compliance purposes.


6. Refunds, rescheduling & cancellations

We recognise that plans can change and that many of our bookings require advance commitments to facilities and partners.

Our general approach is to be fair and transparent with both clients and facility partners.

Your specific proposal or work order may set out additional or modified terms (for example, for large or multi-phase programs). Where that is the case, those written terms will take precedence over the standard policy.

If you have any questions about how cancellation or rescheduling would work for a particular engagement, we are happy to clarify this before you confirm the booking.


7. Security & data protection

We take data privacy and payment security seriously:

  • Online payments are processed via Razorpay using industry-standard security practices.
  • LX Edge does not store your full card number, CVV or card PIN on its systems.
  • We only receive limited payment information (such as masked card details, payment method, status and transaction ID) for reconciliation and support.
