This Privacy Policy applies to:

- Individuals from organisations (L&D managers, HR teams, business leaders, finance approvers, admins, etc.) who use our platform
- Trainers, facilitators and partners who work with us
- Employees or participants whose details are provided to us by our customers (for example, to register them for an event or training session)

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.
3.1 Information you provide directly
We may collect the following categories of information when you fill in forms, create an account, sign up to a waitlist, contact us or use our Services:
Account & contact details
- Name
- Work email address
- Phone number
- Job title, department, organisation name
- Password (stored in encrypted form) or SSO identifier
Booking & event information
- Details of the organisation making the booking
- Venue and room preferences
- Dates and times of events
- Number and type of participants
- Special requests (e.g. seating format, stationery, snacks, AV/tech requirements, accessibility needs)
Payment & billing information
- Billing name and address
- GST or other tax IDs
- Purchase order / reference numbers
- Limited payment-related information necessary to process payments (for example, the last four digits of your card number, card type, and transaction ID).
We use third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay to process payments on our behalf. Your full card details (including CVV) are collected and processed directly by the payment gateway and are not stored on LX Edge's servers.
Payments may be made using Indian and international debit and credit cards (including, where supported, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other card networks), as well as other payment methods enabled by the payment gateway from time to time.

- Payment gateway and banks – we receive limited information related to your transactions (such as payment status, transaction ID, payment method and masked card details) from our payment gateway provider (e.g. Razorpay) and/or your bank to help us verify payments, reconcile accounts, and handle refunds or disputes
- Marketing / lead generation partners – if you have consented to share your details with us
- Social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) – when you interact with our posts or campaigns or sign up via those platforms

These providers are bound by contractual obligations to process your data only on our instructions and to protect it. Where you make a payment on our Site, your payment information is processed by the payment gateway in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable law.
